Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
ManyVids.com (the "Site") is fully compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this Site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was created.
The records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for all content produced by the Site owners are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following location:

With respect to content uploaded by third parties (including but not limited to content uploaded by users, models, or independent producers), the Site acts as an interactive computer service provider. All such third parties are required, as a condition of their use of the Site, to represent and warrant that they are in full compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and to maintain the required records for all individuals appearing in their content.
Any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct that are not produced by the Site owners or for which the Site owners are not the "secondary producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2) are exempt from the record-keeping requirements imposed on the Site owners, as the Site owners are not the producers of such content.
